-This method will only work on version 14936 of Windows 10. This is an Insider Build of Win10. If you are very certain that you are okay with upgrading to this version, you can get the iso here.
-The tool used to run the game -ImmersiveHost- is NOT finished, it is a very early build. You will run into problems when accessing anything related to WinStore and the game will crash when you even see dlc cars.
However, aside from these problems, my experience has been flawless. This is why I want to share this guide. So here goes:

1) Download the 14.2 game files and the certification file.
2) Open Powershell and type in these two commands, by changing the paths to the correct ones:
2.1) Certutil -addStore TrustedPeople “c:\PATH_TO_KEY\MyKey.cer”
2.2) Add-AppxPackage “C:\path_to_app\forza_14.2.appx”
3) Install Visual Studio Community 2015 with the C++ packages.
4) Extract my 7z and run the RUNME.bat
5) Copy this file to your Windows\System32 folder.
6) Now Run the RUNME2.bat as Administartor
7) Open the Xbox Live app, create a dummy account, and set it to login only for the XBL app.
